The social, emotional and mental health of staff and students at
Red Cliffs East Primary School, is vitally important.
We are very lucky to have Jodie Judd as our Well-being Co-ordinator. She works every day at school and is available to students and parents. If you need any support with your children, please call and make an appointment with Jodie. She will listen, help guide you and point you in the right direction if outside agencies can provide further support.
Our staff teaches well-being and resilience through the Resilience Project. All students receive a dedicated, one-hour lesson on a Monday, with the messages within that lesson modelled and highlighted during the remainder of the week. Our Junior School Council is active in searching for, and awarding students, who model the GEM principles within the school yard during snack and lunch playtimes. These awards are received during our fortnightly assemblies.
